1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Starship.Systems and StarTel, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Services
Starship.Systems provides community-driven software and networking services. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.
3. Fees & Payments
All services are provided free of charge. If you have paid anyone for access to Starship.Systems or StarTel services, you have been scammed. Please report such incidents to support@starship.systems.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
- Do not disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
5. API Usage
Access to our APIs is provided for fair and reasonable use. Any attempt to overwhelm, flood, or otherwise disrupt our servers will result in:
- An immediate IP ban across all Starship.Systems and StarTel services.
- A report to the Internet Service Provider (ISP) responsible for the offending IP block.
We reserve the right to implement rate limits and monitoring to protect service integrity.
6. StarTel CPBX Rules and Terms
When using the StarTel CPBX platform, you must follow these rules:
- Avoid Spam Calling/Paging: Calling or paging people without their permission is prohibited. Violations may result in temporary suspension of your extension.
- No Prank Calling: Using StarTel to prank call will result in permanent deletion of your extension.
- No Scambaiting: Scambaiting is not permitted on our services.
- No Blank Pages: Do not page a group and then say nothing.
- No Multi-Extension Calling: Do not call the same person from multiple extensions simultaneously. This is considered spam and floods the PBX.
- No E911 Service: StarTel does not provide access to emergency services (911/E911). You must have an alternative method of contacting emergency services.
DISCLAIMER: Use common sense. Just because a rule is not explicitly listed does not mean it is permitted. If your actions negatively impact the service, your line or account may be terminated immediately.
7. Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Starship.Systems a license to use it for operating the Services.
8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and handle your information responsibly.
- Data we collect: account info, usage logs, communications.
- How we use it: provide services, maintain security, improve performance.
- Sharing: never sold; only shared when legally required or with trusted providers.
- Data rights: you may request access or deletion via support@starship.systems.
9. Service Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms.
11. Call Recording
Depending on your state’s laws, you may be required to inform the other party that a call is being recorded. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable call recording and privacy laws. StarTel and Starship.Systems are not liable for misuse of call recording features.
12. Safety & Moderation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service at any moment, with or without notice, if your usage poses a risk to safety, security, or the integrity of our network.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
14. Limitation of Liability
Starship.Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the Services.
15. Arbitration Agreement
Disputes will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration, not court, except for small claims court if applicable. By agreeing, you waive rights to jury trial and class actions.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
